Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate on behalf of the Customer and Customer Service during all business engagements to ensure a consistent high-bar of excellence.
  • Lead outsourced outbound team; responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team.
  • Collaborate with business teams, product managers and technical teams to continuously innovate and redesign programs to better serve our customers.
  • Actively participate and drive the continuous improvement culture through - kaizen- and lean projects. Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate.

2. Social Media Manager

Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of social media marketing at Bewakoof
  • Strategise, develop and implement growth strategies on social media
  • Think and act strategically look around corners and build a long-term social media presence
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency across social media channels
  • Drive engagement through social with ownership on content strategies across social media platforms
  • Lead video marketing and influencer marketing for the brand
  • Ensure end to end management of content strategy on the Bewakoof App
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Be creative and develop engaging social media content that's aligned with the company brand
  • Deal with ambiguity have a bias for action, but an ability to work cohesively with other stakeholders
  • Build and manage a team

3. Product Manager

Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and prioritise an informed data-driven backlog to maximise business impact.
  • Anticipate client needs by having a good understanding of their current concerns and pain points.
  • Work closely with engineers to oversee execution and ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Work closely with UX team to detail out design problem statements.
  • Lead a full-stack squad to ensure timely execution as per plan.
  • Act as primary liaison between the squad and the business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate progress and iterate often to achieve business objectives.
