Refund and Exchange Policy

We have 7 Day refund/exchange policy.

To start a refund/exchange process,

Note:

For Refunds,

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is missing parts
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered

For any other reason, Rs 130 will be deducted as return shipping fee.

For Exchange,

Washing machine,

Q: I have front load washing machine but top load cover is delivered.

A: Please check the label having order details, 

If you have ordered top load cover and we have delivered it correctly but you now want front load cover, we will provide an exchange.

Upto Rs 180 will be deducted as return shipping fee.

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
